We want to maximize our customer satisfaction with the greatest experience with Andaseat.

However, if you are not completely happy with our products, we still want to make things right.

Before you decided to return the chair, please remember we have lifetime warranty on the frame and Six years warranty for the parts.


Returns:

Return process can be very complicated and frustrated with other companies, but we want to make it easy for you.


All you have to do is to ship us back the product with proof of purchase and no parts missing within 30 days.

Your full purchase amount will be refunded but we only cover the one-way delivery fee.

That is how easy it is with Andaseat.    *Detail of each case might have different solution.


Exchange:

If you received a product with shipping damage or missing part, please contact contact@andaseat.com with photos of the damage at your earliest convenience.

a.     For missing or damaged part, we will arrange a replacement for you ASAP.

b.     If you decided to return the product due to the shipping damage, you have 15 days to ship us back the chair. You will receive full refund and we will cover the round-way delivery charge for you.
